There are four types of honey produced by Sarkara Madhu , Kaliandra originating from Kaliandra flower nectar. This type has properties to help increase hormones, endurance, treat low and high blood pressure and burns. Odeng honey derived from Apis Dorsata bees that are efficacious for various diseases. Black honey / Madu Hitam from Apis Mellifera bees consumed the nectar of mahogany trees or Pelawan trees. This type has a bitter taste, but the soponin content in it can stabilize blood sugar. White honey / Madu Putih that contains antioxidants that can protect the body from damage to free radicals. Polyphenol content prevents the risk of heart disease.
